Three weeks from brief to first day on the job.

No software to build or host. You keep the data, the customers and the final say.

Onboarding

The same onboarding Livewire went through as client zero, tightened with each founding firm.

  1. Week 1

    Business brief

Thirty minutes on the work you want, the markets you serve, the brands you sell and the jobs you turn down. Every AI employee reads it before it does anything for you. If you don’t know an answer, leave it blank and we’ll find out.

  2. Week 1

    Your warehouse

We create a secure data warehouse in your firm’s name, in your own cloud account. It pulls from the systems you already run: QuickBooks, your CRM and ticketing, Google Analytics and Search Console.

  3. Week 2

    One login

You give Flywheel a single read-only login. That’s all the access we have, and you can revoke it in one click.

  4. Week 2

    Baseline

Before an AI employee touches anything, we record where its number stands today, so the 90-day probation is measured against something real.

  5. Week 3

    First day on the job

Your new hire is introduced to the team by name, gets a manager on your staff and starts posting its work where your team already talks, by text or in Slack.

  6. Every week

    A brief and an approver

Each seat sends a weekly brief: what it did, what it recommends and what it needs. A named person on your team approves anything before it goes out.

Your records never leave your warehouse.

Flywheel works like a franchise kitchen. We write one recipe book. Each firm cooks at its own station with its own ingredients. When the recipe improves, every station gets it, and no station can reach into another’s pantry.

You own it

The warehouse is in your firm’s name from day one, in your own cloud account.

One login

You issue it to us. Our access is read-only by role, not by promise.

One click to leave

Revoke the login and we’re out. Nothing was copied out, so there’s nothing to ask for back.

Sharing is opt-in

You choose, seat by seat, whether to share patterns with the network. Shared numbers are never cut thin enough to identify a member.

Lease it or own it.

Lease

We staff it and run it, month to month. When the playbook improves, your seats get the update without anyone on your team lifting a finger.

Build

You own it outright and we hand over the keys. For firms with their own technical people who want the AI staff running entirely in-house.

Questions owners ask first

How long does it take to get started?

Most firms have their warehouse, login and baseline in place within two weeks, and their first AI employee working in week three. The business brief takes about 30 minutes.

Does an AI employee ever act without approval?

No. Every seat sends its work to a named approver on your team. Nothing is posted, sent or changed without a person saying yes.

Can other members see my data?

No. Each firm runs separately with its own warehouse and its own login, and nothing in Flywheel can open two firms at once. Only anonymized patterns go to the network, and only after a person approves them.

What systems does Flywheel work with?

The tools integrators already run, including QuickBooks, common CRMs, ticketing and remote monitoring, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console and call tracking. When Flywheel builds a connector for one member, every member on that tool gets it.

Two founding seats are left.

Founding firms get their metro to themselves for 12 months, lifetime pricing, a vote on what gets built next and referral income on every firm they bring in. The window closes at launch.
